Members, Mark Your Calendar!
Summer Membership Meetings!
During the summer months (June, July & August) we want to re-introduce our “Summer Special”, instead of having our GMM (General Membership Meeting) at our local restaurant next to our start hall, we want to offer Roadrunner group walks, on permanent IVV trails in the surrounding area and have dinner and our meeting after the walk at a restaurant nearby. This is a great opportunity for new folks to get in to Volksmarching / walking and to meet some of the club members.
July 22nd Otterberg about 15 min. east of Kaiserslautern
- Meeting point: Parking lot of the swimming pool, Schwimmbad 1, 67697 Otterberg
- Start time: for the RR 5 km group walk – 17:30.
- Please show up 10 min. earlier than the posted start time!
- Group leader: Patrick
- Dinner and GMM will be afterwards, at approx. 18:30 / 18:45
- Don’t forget, there are no checkpoints, so bring water and 3 Euros for each start card.
- Note: As always wearing a hat and good walking shoes is a great idea!
